Sardines in coriander-chilimix


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, red pepper, ketoembar, caraway seed, garlic, sardines in oil (a 120 g) and fresh coriander (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cut lemon into thin slices and cut slices into quarters.
  2. Pepper wash, clean and remove half of seeds.
  3. Cut pepper into small pieces.
  4. Fry ketoebar and caraway seed in a dry frying pan for about 1 minute.
  5. Stir in pepper pieces.
  6. Peel the garlic and press it over it.

  8. Remove the sardines from oil and wring through a hot herb mixture.
  9. Divide pieces of lemon and fresh coriander over them.
  10. (Possibly serve on crackers or in small lettuce leaves.)..
