Directions

  1. Bake the minced meat.
  2. While baking, add the oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the leeks and gently fry the rings for 2 minutes.

  6. Divide the minced meat over the crostini.
  7. Place a slice of gorgonzola on each crostini.
