Crostini with gorgonzola and leek
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, dried oregano, leeks (rings), crostini, Gorgonzola ((cheese) and in 12 slices).

Bake the minced meat.

While baking, add the oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.

Add the leeks and gently fry the rings for 2 minutes.

Spread the crostini on a scale.

Divide the minced meat over the crostini.

Place a slice of gorgonzola on each crostini.

Serve immediately..
