Carrot stew and fast beef stew with tomato cubes and cinnamon powder.

Peel and cut the winter carrot into pieces. Chop the onion.

Boil the potatoes with the winter carrots in little water with salt in 20 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the beef strips and fry for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the meat with the cinnamon, pepper and salt to taste and add the tomato cubes.

Bring the meat mixture to the boil and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes without a lid on low heat.

Drain the potato-root mixture and collect the cooking liquid. Stamp the potato-root mixture with approx. 100 ml of cooking liquid into a smooth stew.

Add pepper and salt if desired. Divide the root stock pot over the plates and add the beef stew.
