Rösti with creamy pork strips
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rösties (600 g, frozen), cucumber (sliced), olive oil, flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), lean pork strips natural (400 g), mushrooms (400 g) , in slices), whipped cream (250 ml) and flour.

Prepare the rösties according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, scoop the cucumber with 2 tbsp oil and half of the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork strips in 3-4 min. Brown. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream.

Stir the flour with 2 tbsp cold water. Add to the pork strips and heat for 5 minutes on low heat to a bonded sauce. Season with salt and pepper and the rest of the parsley.

Divide the pork strips over 4 plates and put the rösties next to it. Serve with the cucumber salad.
