Roulade with prunes and bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillet drawer * (1 kg), pine nuts, prune dried prunes ((bag 500 g), cut into pieces), smoked bacon ((150 g)) and olive oil.

Allow the roulade to reach room temperature in 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without butter or oil in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Remove the net from the roulade and cut the meat through, but leave the halves together. Sprinkle the inside with salt and pepper. Mix the prunes with the pine nuts and spread over the inside of the roulade. Push the halves together again and cover the roulade with the bacon. Tie up the meat with kitchen rope. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in the frying pan. Roast the meat in 4 min. Brown. Put the pan without lid in the middle of the oven and roast the roulade for about 40 minutes. Baste halfway with shortening.
