Roulade with prunes and bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillet drawer * (1 kg), pine nuts, prune dried prunes ((bag 500 g), cut into pieces), smoked bacon ((150 g)) and olive oil.

Allow the roulade to reach room temperature in 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without butter or oil in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
