Ingredients
Directions
-
Boil the rice 1 day in advance. Cut the shallots on the day itself. Slice the garlic.
-
Cut the stalks of the peppers. Roll the peppers between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the flesh into thin rings.
-
Heat the oil in a large stirring fruit in the shallot, garlic, pepper and trassie on low heat 2 min. Make sure the shallot does not color.
-
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a whisk. Add to the wok and stir well. Let it coagulate on a low heat to a fine scrambled egg.
-
When the egg has solidified, add the cooled rice in portions. Keep stirring. Add some oil if the nasi herb is dry.
-
Turn the heat high and fry the nasi herbs equally well. Season with the soy sauce.
