Grilled pork tenderloin skewers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork tenderloin (marinated with pesto), smoked bacon (about 175 g), liquid margarine, potatoes (700 g), courgettes, red peppers and balsamic dressing.

Light the barbecue and heat up or preheat the grill pan.

Satay sticks soak in cold water for half an hour.

Cut the pork tenderloin into pieces of approx.

2 cm thick.

Fill the tenderloin with breakfast bacon and string 2 pieces on each satay stick.

Heat margarine in large frying pan and roast in about 12 minutes according to instructions.

Cook until browned.

Clean the courgettes and cut them into slices of 1 cm thick.

Clean pepper and cut into 8 parts.
-
Season the courgettes and peppers on a barbecue or in a grill pan for 4 minutes.

Place vegetables in a bowl and mix with dressing.

Pork tenderloins in 5 min.

On both sides cooking grills.
