Roulade with tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, winter carrot, vine tomatoes ((5-6 pieces), in quarters), sweet onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), pork roulade (450 g) and dried rosemary.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Brush the baking dish with 1 tbsp oil. Cut the carrot into small cubes and divide them together with the tomato, onion and garlic over the dish. Place the roulade on it. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with the rosemary. Put in the oven for about 50 minutes.

Take the dish out of the oven and let the meat rest on a plate covered with aluminum foil. Meanwhile, bring 100 ml of water to the boil. Put the roasted vegetables with the rest of the oil in the cup of the hand blender and puree. Add the water, pepper and salt.

Cut the meat into slices and serve with the sauce. Tasty with fresh basil and mashed potatoes.
