Salmon with peppercorn
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, slightly crumbly potatoes (scrubbed), salmon (Atlantic (a 250 g), thawed), black peppercorns, butter, snow peas (a 200 g) and sour cream (125 ml).
Prick holes in the potatoes with a fork and pack them separately in microwave foil. Puff the potatoes for 10 minutes in the microwave at 800 watts. Leave in the microwave for another 2 minutes in the foil.
Meanwhile sprinkle the salmon with salt to taste. Crush the peppercorns coarsely in the mortar or with the convex side of a spoon. Sprinkle on a plate and push in one side of the salmon fillets. Heat the butter and fry the salmon for 6 minutes, first on the pepper crust. Turn halfway.
Meanwhile, cook the snow peas in 4 min. Al dente in water with salt. Remove the potatoes from the foil, halve and spread over 4 plates. Spoon the sour cream on the potatoes and add the salmon and snow peas.
