Put the arugula in a salad bowl. Drain the jar of grilled artichoke in oil, but collect 2 tbsp oil (per 4 persons).

Mix the artichoke and oil through the arugula. Sprinkle with the cremaceto balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with roasted pine nuts.
