Rucola salad with beans and egg
Vegetarian meal salad with lima beans, green beans and a mustard dressing.

Drain the lima beans and cut the onions into thin rings.

Remove the stem set of the green beans, leave the tip. Cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Rinse under cold running water and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let it frighten under cold running water and peel them.

Beat a dressing of the oil, vinegar and mustard. Pour over the green beans and mix in the onion, beans and rocket. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the eggs into pieces lengthwise and spread over the salad. Bon appétit! .
