Saffron rice with veal
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), long grain rice, saffron threads, cinnamon, dates ((without pit), in pieces), meat broth (from tablet), veal schnitzels, freshly ground black pepper and pine nuts.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a thick pan.

Onion, rice and saffron threads 2-3 minutes gently until rice grains shine golden yellow.

Add half of cinnamon with dates and add stock.

Rice covered according to instructions on the container gently boil.

Cut meat into thin strips and season with salt, lots of pepper and the rest of cinnamon.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry meat for 3-4 min.

Add pine nuts and fry 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

To create rice on two plates and to create meat on it.

Tasty with a salad of watercress with orange slices..
