Salad of dutch prawns with mango and basil dressing
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil (extra virgin), lime, fresh basil (à 15 g), creme fraiche, tarragon vinegar, fish sauce, ginger syrup, dry white wine, freshly ground (white) pepper, lollo rosso, friséesla, mango , peanut oil and Dutch shrimps (gray North Sea shrimps) (à 100 g).

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
- Lime
- 3 bags fresh basil à 15 g
- 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- Tablespoon ginger syrup
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- Freshly ground (white) pepper
- 1 crop lollo rosso
- 1 crop friséesla
- 1 mango
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 Trays Dutch shrimps (gray North Sea shrimps) à 100 g

Pour olive oil into a bowl and let it cool in a refrigerator for about 3 minutes. Lime squeezing. Pick up leaves of basil from twigs. Mix 2/3 of basil, crème fraîche, vinegar and lime juice into a smooth sauce in a food processor. Add a mixing cold olive oil, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, ginger syrup and wine. Season with pepper.

Wash and let drain. Remove from lollo rosso curl leaf, take from friseesla fine inner leaves. In a bowl mix lettuce and rest of basil. Mango peel and cut into slices. Heat in wok oil. Mango stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of fish sauce over it. Sprinkle with pepper. Spread salad over four plates, sprinkle with dressing and sprinkle with pepper. Mango in the middle and divide shrimps over mango. Dressing around it.
