Salad of giant beans with spinach
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: red onion (in thin rings), red wine vinegar, olive oil, giant beans (425 g), pomodori tomatoes, fresh dill (finely chopped), spinach, white cheese cubes and croutons (with black pepper and salt).

Mix the onion rings in a large bowl with the vinegar and marinate for 5 minutes. Beat the oil and salt and pepper through the vinegar to taste.

Meanwhile, rinse the beans in a sieve under cold running water. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Mix the beans, tomatoes and dill with the oil. Allow the flavors to withdraw for about 1 hour at room temperature.

Spoon the spinach lightly through the beans in the dish. Crumble the cheese coarsely and sprinkle with the croutons over the salad.

An original variation on the classic Greek salad. Serve with warm pita bread.
