Cut the spring onions into rings. Mix with the tuna and season with salt and pepper.

Place 8 rounds out of the bread with a glass (Ø 8-10 cm). Roast the bread rolls in a toaster or under the oven grill.

Cut 4 beautiful slices of the tomato. Put a bread roll on each plate, divide half of the tuna salad over it and cover with a slice of tomato.

Spoon the rest of the tuna salad and cover with the last bread rolls.

Cut the chives finely. Cut the olives into slices. Garnish the turrets with the chives and olives.
