Salad of melon and goat cheese
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: galia melon, Dutch goat's cheese ((piece), diced), black olives (kalamata (300 g), drained), olive oil, red wine vinegar, mint ((a 15 g) and leaf chopped).

Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds with a spoon, peel the melon and cut the flesh into pieces. Put in a large bowl and add the cheese and the olives.

Mix the oil with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the melon. Mix all ingredients carefully. Sprinkle the fresh mint over it. Tasty with grilled chicken.
