Salad of portobello with spicy soy dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: portobello mushrooms, sunflower oil, spring onions (in rings), garlic (finely chopped), soy sauce, lemon juice, Chinese herbs (five spices) and rucola salad.

Wipe the portobello's clean with kitchen paper and cut into thick strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the spring onions and garlic for 1 minute.

Add the portobello bars and fry them for 3 minutes.

Pour the soy sauce and lemon juice into the pan and add the five spice powder.

Season to taste with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Divide the arugula over four plates and add the portobello salad with spicy soy dressing..
