Directions

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil and fry in the Parma ham at low setting. Drain on kitchen paper.

Cut the watermelon into equal parts.

Spoon the dressing just before serving by the mixed salad leaves and divide this over 4 plates.

Mix in the grapes and melon parts. Grind a little pepper and serve immediately.
