Crostinis with salmon spread
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, baguette, garlic, olive oil, red salmon (213 g), crème fraîche and capers (pot).

Preheat the grill.

Cut the French bread into 12 slices.

Squeeze the garlic over oil and sprinkle baguette with garlic oil.

Drain the salmon, remove the skin and grits.

In a bowl mix salmon with crème fraîche and 2 tbsp capers.

Season with salt and pepper.

Baguette under grill in 2 min.

Roasting golden brown (= crostinis).

Spread the sprigs with salmon spread and garnish with the rest of the capers..
