Salad with apple and abbey cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: oil, walnut oil, white wine vinegar, Limburg mustard, salt and freshly ground pepper, sugar, abbey cheese (Trappist cheese) or Limburg cheese (piece), sweet-sour apples, chicory, lamb's lettuce (a 75 g) and walnuts ( 45 g).

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
- Tablespoon Limburg mustard
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 250 g abbey cheese Trappist cheese) or Limburg cheese (piece
- 2 sweet sour apples
- 2 shrubs chicory
- 2 bags lamb's lettuce a 75 g
- 1 bag walnuts 45 g
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Mix oil, walnut oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl.

Cut crust of cheese and cut into cheese.

Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the apples into nice, thin segments.

Remove leaves from chicory, wash and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Spread the lamb's lettuce on four plates and divide leaves of chicory, apple wedges, cheese cubes and walnuts.
