Salad with chicken and grapes
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast (about 200 g), pepita nut melange (a 170 g), butter or margarine, white grapes, lamb's lettuce (75 g) and tartare sauce (pot a 300 ml).

Cut chicken fillet into slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry the nut mixture briefly in a dry frying pan and remove from the pan.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Cook chicken breast in approx.

5 minutes until golden brown.

Wash and halve grapes.

Spread over four plates of lamb's lettuce and grapes.

Put the chicken on it, divide the sauce and sprinkle the nuts over it.
