Ingredients
- 250 gram lentils look
- 1 yellow bell pepper in strips, without seeds
- 1 Red pepper in strips, without seeds
- 1 Red onion in rings
- 2 spring / forest onion in rings
- 8 slice serrano ham
- 8 slice parma ham
- 2 tablespoon parsley minced meat
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Heat the lentils without cooking. Drain and drain well.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Stir the dressing through the still warm lentils and allow to cool.

Stir in the pepper, red onion, spring onions and ham. Divide the salad over plates. Sprinkle with parsley.
