Directions

  1. Cut the melon into quarters, remove the seeds with a spoon.
  2. Scoop or cut the flesh from the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the chicken into thin slices. Cut the onion into very thin half slices.
  3. Mix the cubes of melon with the slices of chicken breast and the onion.
  4. Squeeze out the lemon. For the dressing, mix the crème fraîche with the oil, lemon juice and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the dressing with the melon, chicken breast and the onion. Divide the lettuce over the plates and spoon the chicken, onion and melon. Sprinkle with pepper.
