Drizzle the pears with half of the lemon juice.

Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the tabasco, the honey and the remaining lemon juice.

Divide the lettuce over the plates. Put the pear and the cheese on it. Spoon the yogurt sauce and sprinkle with the nuts.
