Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  2. Beat a dressing of the oil, honey and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Halve the sprouts, put them on a baking sheet and mix them with 1/3 of the dressing and the rosemary.
  4. Place the bacon on top and roast golden brown in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  5. Let cool slightly.
  6. Put the lettuce in a bowl and crumble the crispy bacon above it.
  7. Mix in the sprouts and pour over the rest of the dressing.
  8. Arrange Parmesan cheese over the salad with a cheese slicer.
