Salad with sprouts from the oven
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Beat a dressing of the oil, honey and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Halve the sprouts, put them on a baking sheet and mix them with 1/3 of the dressing and the rosemary.
Place the bacon on top and roast golden brown in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
Put the lettuce in a bowl and crumble the crispy bacon above it.
Mix in the sprouts and pour over the rest of the dressing.
Arrange Parmesan cheese over the salad with a cheese slicer.
