Salmon with dill dressing
Mix lemon juice, mustard, honey and oil well and stir in chopped herbs. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Rub the salmon with salt and freshly ground pepper and grate on a greased barbecue grill or a piece of aluminum foil until half done. Turn around and grill for another 2 minutes. Scoop on plates and spoon over some dressing.
