Salmon with dried tomatoes and pasta
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne rigate, courgettes, garlic, onions, sundried tomatoes on oil (a 185 g), salmon fillets (frozen and bag of 750 g).

Cook Penne according to directions on packaging.

Cut the courgettes into pieces.

Garlic and onions peel and chop.

Dried tomatoes cut into strips.

1 Heat the oil of tomatoes in a deep pan.

Pour half of the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Create zucchini and add salt and pepper to taste.

Let cook for 5 minutes with lid.

Cast off.

Meanwhile, heat residual oil in a frying pan.

Here, onion and garlic are left to bake for 2 minutes.

Stir in tomato strips.

Put salmon in pan and leave to cook on a low heat with lid on pan for about 5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Penne and zucchini on 4 plates and create salmon with tomato mixture next to it.

Boil salmon water over penne and sprinkle pepper to taste..
