Salmon with horseradish cream
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, crème fraîche (125 ml), mayonnaise, horseradish (pot of 140 g), dill (15 g), brioche bread (sweet bread), salmon fillet ((pack of 600 g) and in strips) .

Cut the lemon into 6 parts. Mix the crème fraîche, mayonnaise and horseradish in a bowl. Hold 6 nice, small sprigs of dill as a garnish, cut the rest of the dill finely and add to the crème fraîche.

Cut 6 slices of brioche bread, roast them crispy in the toaster and cut them diagonally. Divide the salmon over 6 plates and put 2 dots of bread next to it. Serve with the horseradish cream and a lemon wedge. Garnish with the reserved dill.
