Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Cut the carrots and pumpkin into equal cubes. Place with the potatoes and on a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil.

Mix all spices with a pinch of coarse salt and sprinkle with vegetables. Cover well and roast in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes. Change in between.

In the meantime, dry the salmon fillets with kitchen paper and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in a frying pan 10 minutes before the end of the oven time until it is full and add the sage. Fry the sage for 1 minute and remove the leaves from the pan.

Fry the salmon in this shortening for about 8 minutes. Serve the salmon with the oven vegetables and sprinkle with the sage.
