A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fresh basil (15 g), fresh parsley (30 g), garlic and olive oil (with lemon flavor).

Take leaves of twigs of basil and parsley.

Chop the basil, parsley and garlic in a food processor.

Fill the oil through the filling opening in a thin stream and machine everything into smooth sauce.

Return the salsa to the dish and add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the dish and allow the flavors to absorb for at least 1 hour.

Nice with mixed fish grill, tuna steak, sirloin steak and as a dip for grilled vegetables..
