Salted caramel meal with banana
Fondue of whipped cream, caramel fudge and sea salt with banana, kletsmajoors, chocolate and coconut.

Heat the whipped cream and the fudge in a saucepan until the fudge has melted. Keep stirring and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Mix in the sea salt and let cool for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut each banana into 4 pieces.

Crumble the cookies in the food processor or put in a bag and crumble with a rolling pin. Grate the chocolate coarsely.

Put a stick in a piece of banana, dip in the caramel fondue and then into cookie crumbs, chocolate grater or coconut grater.
