                            Sambal Goreng Telor With Toemis Beans

                    Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon peanut oil for the sambal goreng telor
 - 3 tablespoon sunflower oil for the sambal goreng telor
 - 8 egg for the sambal goreng telor
 - 1 onion for the sambal goreng telor
 - 2 clove garlic for the sambal goreng telor
 - 3 teaspoon sambal oelek for the sambal goreng telor
 - 2 laurel leaf for the sambal goreng telor
 - 1 ginger root for the sambal goreng telor
 - 1 tablespoon Brown sugar for the sambal goreng telor
 
- 165 milliliters coconut milk for the sambal goreng telor
 - 100 gram fried onions for the sambal goreng telor
 - 2 tablespoon sunflower oil for the braised green beans
 - 1 onion for the braised green beans
 - 2 clove garlic for the braised green beans
 - 500 gram green bean for the braised green beans
 - 1 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé) for the braised green beans
 - 3 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis for the braised green beans
 - 1 teaspoon sambal oelek for the braised green beans
 
Directions
- 
                                Heat for the sambal goreng telor 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the cooked eggs until a light brown skin is formed. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
 - 
                                Heat the rest of the oil and fry the onion, garlic and sambal oelek.
 - 
                                Add bay leaves, ginger, sugar and coconut milk and bring the sauce to the boil while stirring.
 - 
                                Remove the bay leaves. Add the eggs, possibly halved, and remove the dish from the heat source.
 - 
                                In the meantime, heat the sunflower oil for the toemis beans and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
 - 
                                Add the beans, ginger powder, ketjapmarinademanis, sambal oelek and 150 ml water and boil the beans in about 12 minutes until al dente.
 - 
                                Sprinkle the sambal goreng telor with the fried onions and serve with the toemis beans.
 - 
                                Delicious with white rice.
