Ingredients
Directions
-
Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Boil the green beans in a pan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 5 minutes until al dente.
-
Rinse the green beans in a colander under cold running water (so they stay nice and green).
-
Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat in a stirring oil and fry the onion and garlic.
-
Stir in the soy sauce, sambal, the ginger powder and the laos.
-
Cut the lemongrass into coarse pieces. Add the lemongrass, the coconut cream and the water to the onion mixture.
-
Bring to the boil while stirring and season with salt. Spoon the green beans through the spice mix and heat for another 3 minutes.
-
Remove the pieces of lemongrass from the dish before serving.
