Sandwich egg salad, cucumber and bacon


Bread with egg, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, bacon and cucumber.

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Rinse them under cold running water and peel them.
  2. Cut the eggs finely and scoop them with the crème fraîche and the mayonnaise, season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the bacon in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating.
  4. Scrape the cucumber with a peeler in long strips, pat dry with kitchen paper.
  5. Spread the slices of casino bread thinly with the rest of the crème fraîche.
  6. Cover half the cucumber ribbons, scoop the egg salad and cover with bacon.
  7. Place the other slices with crème fraîche on them and cut the bread diagonally in half.
