Sandwich steak tartar with lime mayonnaise
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, steaks tartar, freshly ground black pepper, butter, lime, yoghurt mayonnaise, Granny Smith apple, avocado, Kaiser rolls (or rolls of your choice) and iceberg lettuce with garden herbs (a 100 g).

Spread steak tartar with pepper.

Heat butter in frying pan and steak tartar brown and cooked for 6-7 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, clean lime peel, peel fine grating and press fruit.

In mayonnaise bowl stir with lemon zest and half of lime juice.

Cut the apple into quarters, remove the peelings and remove the cores.

Halve Avocado, remove peel and pit.

Cut apple and avocado into tiny cubes and shove them into a bowl of lime juice, to prevent discoloration.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove steak tartar from pan and sprinkle with salt.

Cut open rolls and invest with iceberg lettuce, steak tartar and avocado-apple cubes.
