Sandwich with fried egg
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: egg, butter, brown bread and salt and pepper.

Carefully break 1 egg over a bowl. Make sure that the yolk, the yellow ball, remains intact.

Put a small knob of butter in the pan and let the butter melt. Move the pan gently back and forth, so the butter covers the whole bottom.

Puffs the butter. Then put the egg in the pan. The yolk must still remain intact. Turn down the heat and fry the egg for 5 minutes.

Spread a little butter (or not!) On the brown bread. And let the egg gently slide out of the pan onto the sandwich.

Sprinkle a little salt or pepper over your fried egg. You can of course also if you like it.
