Put the slices of bread next to each other on a shelf. Cut the pieces of tuna slightly smaller and mix in a bowl the mayonnaise, Italian herbs and pepper and salt to taste.

Divide this tuna mixture over 2 slices of bread. Cut the pickles lengthwise into thin slices. Divide them over the tuna and lay the slices of cheese on it. Then place the 2 slices of bread that are not invested.

Roast the sandwiches golden brown in a sandwich maker or roast them in a non-stick frying pan. If you use a pan, turn them halfway around and put them, if they are light brown, a lid so that the cheese melts well.
