Satay dish with cucumber salad
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sunflower oil, chicken breast cubes (about 500 g), Indonesian stir-fry sauce saté (520 g), cucumber, spring onions, lime juice (bottle), soy sauce and baguette.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in woks or casserole.

Chicken stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Add sauce and uncovered for approx.

5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, wash cucumber and scrape into thin slices.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Stir in the dressing with oil, lime juice and soy sauce.

Mix cucumber and spring onions with dressing.

Serving the saté dish with cucumber salad and baguette..
