Satay with soy sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast (diced), sweet pepper red pepper (bottle 300 ml), white rice, pointed cabbage, sunflower oil, curry powder, peanuts salted (coarsely chopped) and fried onions (box 100 g).

Directions

  1. Put the chicken in a bowl and mix in the soy sauce marinade. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Thread the chicken on the skewers and leave to marinate for another 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Halve the coals in length, remove the hard core and cut the halves into strips. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring and add the coals and the curry powder. Stir fry 8 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the saté for 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Divide the satay, rice and cabbage over 4 plates. Add some ketjapmarinadan to the satay. Sprinkle the dish with the peanuts and onions.
