Redfish with yellow curry
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, curry (pasta yellow), lime (pressed), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), Thai fish sauce, redfish fillet, fresh basil ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Mix in curry paste with lime juice, ginger and fish sauce. Cover redfish with curry mixture and marinate, covered, for a maximum of 20 minutes at room temperature.

Redfish on greasy grill topper or in hamburgers clamp for 4 min. Turning and other side also 4 min. Grilling. Place fish on a plate or four plates and sprinkle with basil. Delicious with pandan rice with cashew nuts and salad with mango.
