Sate Babi
Pork satay with a marinade of garlic, red onion, sweet soy sauce, sambal and spices.

Slice the garlic and onion very finely. Cut the pork loin from the bone and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Mix the garlic and onion in a bowl with the soy sauce, oil, sambal, laos, coriander and ginger powder.

Put the meat through and let marinate for at least 1 hour (maximum 12 hours). Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

If you use the barbecue, plug it in already. Thread the meat on the satéprikkers. If you do not use a barbecue, heat the grill pan.

Grill the saté babi in 10 minutes until done. Times regularly.

In the meantime, heat the satay sauce according to the instructions on the packaging. Serve the saté babi with the satay sauce.
