Sauce with sweet beer
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: butter, onions (in thin rings), flour, old brown beer (old brown (6 x 0.3 liters)), bay leaf, beef broth tablet and clove.

Heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry the onion over medium heat in 8 minutes brown. Change regularly. Add the flour and cook for 1 min. Stir frequently.

Add the beer, bay leaf, ½ bouillon tablet and clove. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and the clove. Serve with meatballs or pork chops with potatoes.
