A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, herb sauerkraut (520 g), mango slices in syrup (439 g), salt and pepper, beef smoked sausage (250 g), crème fraîche (125 ml) and flour tortillas (8 pieces 326 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the sauerkraut with 4 tablespoons of mango syrup (canned) according to the instructions for use.
  2. Smoke sausage according to the instructions for use.
  3. Smoke sausage into cubes and mix with sauerkraut.
  4. Drain the mango disks, cut into pieces and mix with sauerkraut.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. Warm tortillas according to instructions.
  7. Spread the sauerkraut mixture over tortillas, create crème fraîche and roll up tortillas.
  8. Distribute wraps over four boards.
  9. Pinch with satay sticks.
  10. Tasty with salad of young leaf lettuce with vinaigrette..
