Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook until cooked in 20 min. Let the sauerkraut drain. Add the sauerkraut to the potatoes after 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the mixture when the potatoes are tender. Catch some cooking liquid.
  3. Peel the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut into slices. Heat the sausage. Heat the butter and fry the apple for 5 minutes on a high heat.
  4. Heat the milk. Mash the potatoes and sauerkraut coarsely. Add the milk and some cooking liquid. Spoon the apple and butter and serve with the sausage.
