Savory waffles with parmesan cheese and tomato salsa
Delicious recipe for savory waffles with tomato salad and parmesan cheese. Perfect for a lunch at the weekend.

Grate the Parmesan cheese with a coarse grater.

Beat the butter and salt with a mixer thick, white and airy. Beat the egg and the milk through it.

Sift the flour over a bowl. Spatefully grate the flour through the butter mixture. Knead with the grated cheese into dough and shape bread rolls.

Grease the waffle maker with some oil and let it heat up (at medium temperature). Place a dough ball in the middle of the waffle maker and close it.

Bake the waffle in approx. 2 min. Brown. Bake the rest of the waffles in the same way. Grease the iron with oil every time.

Meanwhile cut the tomatoes into small cubes and the basil into strips. Mix with the vinegar and season with salt and salt.

Serve the waffles with the tomato salsa.
