Schnitzel rolls with baked potato
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes in the peel (450 g), pork cutlets, raw ham, olive oil, vegetable mix (eg asparagus / haricotverts / snow peas / broccoli) and frozen spinach (300 g).

Potatoes in microwave oven at full power (700 watts) for about 10 minutes.

Cut cutlets half, put ham on them, roll up and secure with a stick.

Heat half of oil in frying pan and fry schnitzel rolls in brown and cooked for 6-8 min.

Heat 5 minutes of stir-frying in a frying pan or wok rest of oil.

Spinach for 2-3 minutes.

Cut open potatoes, place on a plate and pour yoghurt-garlic sauce (from a container of potatoes) over it.

Pour the schnitzel rolls with salt and lay them aside.
