Pork schnitzel with rösti
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, pork cutlets, butter, rösti (a 600 g) and tapenade of dried tomatoes (pot a 140 g).

Bring to the boil in a large pan of water with salt.

Clean green beans, boil for about 5 minutes and let drain in colander.

Meanwhile, halve pork cutlets in length and cut into strips.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in frying pan.

Make 4 cookies from rösti and bake golden brown on both sides according to instructions.

Heat in butter wok.

Slice of schnitzel for about 5 minutes.

Add green beans and tomato tapenade to meat, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Place the bean / meat mixture on a plate, create the rösti next to it..
