Beat the cutlets with the help of the back of a frying pan, firm saucepan or meat hammer under a piece of cling film.

Sprinkle the meat on both sides with salt and pepper and dust with flour.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese on a large plate and beat the eggs in another large plate.

Pass the cutlets through the egg first and then through the paneer. Shake away excess paneer and repeat these operations.

Let the schnitzels preferably stiffen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Heat the baking product with the oil in a large frying pan and fry the cutlets every two to brown and crispy.
