Pork cutlets with chicory and mashed potatoes.

Directions

  1. Marinate the cutlets with the herbs. Cut the chicory into strips.
  2. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the schnitzels for 8 minutes. In the meantime, peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into slices.
  3. Prepare the puree according to the instructions on the packaging.
  4. Heat the butter in a wok or frying pan. Stir fry the praise 3 minutes. Then bake the apple for 1 minute. Then add the syrup and let it melt.
