Tenderloin with tagliatelle
Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package al dente.
Heat the oil with the butter in a frying pan until the foam of the butter leaves.
Fry the pieces of beef fillet over high heat on each side for 1 minute, turn down the heat and fry the meat for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the meat from the pan and let it rest with aluminum foil.
Cut the zucchini into pieces. In the meantime, bake the zucchini in the remaining shortening for 2-3 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir in the arugula the last minute and fry briefly. Drain the tagliatelle and stir in the zucchini mixture.
Cut the meat into slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the pasta over the plates, sprinkle the cheese over it and put the meat on it.
